**Card Condition**
At Collecting Fever, we understand that each card and collectible is unique. Therefore, we urge you to carefully review product descriptions and examine product photographs before making a purchase. We strive to provide high-resolution images and detailed descriptions to give you a clear understanding of the item you are considering. Please note that older cards may exhibit more wear than modern cards, and thick cards may have minor wear.
**Order Processing**
We are dedicated to processing your orders promptly. Orders received before 12 pm EST on business days will typically be processed the next business day, while orders placed after this time will be processed within 2 business days. Presale items will be shipped within 3 business days of the manufacturer's release date.
**Shipping/Delivery Information**
We currently offer shipping to select addresses within the U.S. and a limited number of international destinations. Alternatively, you have the option to collect your products at one of our upcoming card shows to save on shipping costs. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with relevant shipping details, if applicable.
**Shipping Insurance: Lost, Damaged, Stolen Items**
For your peace of mind, we automatically provide shipping insurance at no additional cost. This insurance covers items that fail to arrive, are damaged in transit, or are stolen after delivery but before reaching you. However, once your order is handed to the carrier, the responsibility shifts to you. Rest assured, we will assist in resolving any delivery issues that may arise.
**Returns & Refunds**
While certain items are eligible for returns, others may not be. We strongly advise reviewing product descriptions and images thoroughly before making a purchase. Refund eligibility is determined by the conditions outlined in our policy, with different terms applying to stock items versus exact pictured items. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.

**Additional Services**
If you require signature confirmation or insurance for purchases under $1,500, please notify us within 15 minutes of placing your order. Otherwise, standard shipping terms will apply.
